Tim Courtney serves on the company's Recruitment Team. Courtney has worked in the industry for more than 10 years beginning his career with Cruises Only as an Executive Cruise Consultant. Courtney has held various positions of increasing responsibility including training and management. Courtney held the position of General Manager at Cruises Only from 1999 to 2001. Courtney later joined MyTravel (which became NLG/WTH) Corporate Training Team as a Manager of Corporate Training delivering training to all of its sales centers nationwide. In 2006, Courtney joined Cruises Inc. in a Training and Education role and helped launch the company's online learning academy. Courtney is a certified training specialist and sales trainer.

Favorite Cruise Destination: Bermuda

Favorite Cruise Memory: After 20 plus cruises on my own, my favorite was the first time I got to experience a cruise with my son (4) and my daughter (9 mos). Watching the awe in their eyes and the fun they had truly made the moment. The crew was amazing and literally treated them like VIPs. To this day, they still remember that experience and thirst for more.
