Joelle Delva serves as the Vice President of Operations and has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 18 years, beginning her career with The Cruise Line Inc. Throughout her tenure, Joelle held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of payroll, finance, telecommunication, information technology and general operations within The Cruise Line, Inc, Travel Services International, MyTravel-Shared Services, and Cruises Inc. Her experience includes responsibility for day to day operation of the employees that make our customers' needs a reality; developing policies and procedures towards fiscal responsibility while delivering quality products and services.
